This notice covers the infrainbox.app website and the launch waitlist. The self-hosted product keeps its data on your own server.

This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from other companies: fonts and scripts are served from this domain. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for [N days] to keep the site running and secure.
The waitlist
- What we collect: your email address, whether you’re interested in self-hosting or the Cloud beta, whether you run Proxmox, and your consent.
- Why: to email you when v0.1 ships and when your Cloud beta invite is ready. Nothing else.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
- How long: until you unsubscribe, and at most 12 months after the launch.
- Who processes it: [EU mailing-list provider], under a data processing agreement, with data stored in the EU.
Who is responsible
The controller is InnovaSoftware SRL, Romania, [registered office address]. For access, correction, export or deletion, write to [privacy email].
You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or the authority where you live.
